Frank Muller

Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Frank Muller leads the overall strategic direction, brand growth, and capital markets initiatives for SummitView, driving expansion, investor engagement, and long-term enterprise value creation.

Mr. Muller has a distinguished career in investment management, real estate, and capital markets.  Among his career accomplishments, he was Executive Vice President at Morgan Stanley Investment Management in New York City where he led global distribution. In addition, he was President of Hines Real Estate Investments and VP of Hines Advisors which managed the Hines REIT and Hines Global REIT.  Prior to forming H&N Texas, he was Chief Strategy Officer with Behringer Investments.

Mr. Muller has been a featured contributor in many industry publications, including Bloomberg, Kiplinger’s, Investment News, FA-Mag.com, Think Advisor, The D.I. Wire and wealthmanagement.com. In addition, he served on the board of trustees and Executive Committee of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives — the trade association of the direct investment industry.

Mr. Muller has served on multiple public and private Boards and currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the University of Dallas and chairs its’ real estate committee.

Chief Operating Officer

Chad Reid leads operational strategy, franchise performance, and system-wide infrastructure development, supporting the expansion of new franchise locations and driving scalable operational excellence across the platform.

Mr. Reid is a senior franchise operations executive with more than 15 years of experience in health and wellness franchising, specializing in multi-unit operations, franchisee enablement, unit economics optimization, and operational standardization. His background includes building scalable systems, developing performance-driven training programs, and implementing governance structures that support profitable growth across franchise networks.

Mr. Reid has led operations for multi-location franchise organizations generating significant system-wide revenue, managing teams of more than 300 employees while driving consistent year-over-year revenue growth and market expansion through acquisitions and new unit development. He excels at duplicating success across multiple markets by building high-performing teams that instill a culture of excellence and peak performance, using KPI-driven management, standardized processes, and targeted franchisee coaching to enhance unit-level profitability, brand consistency, and long-term scalability.

Chad Reid

Chief Corporate Development Officer

Phillip Cooper leads strategic capital markets initiatives, supports the expansion of new franchise locations, and drives strategic relationships and long-term growth objectives.

Mr. Cooper is a senior investment banking and corporate development executive with more than 35 years of experience advising founder-led and growth-oriented businesses. His background spans mergers & acquisitions, capital formation, and strategic advisory.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Cooper has led and executed transactions across, consumer services and products, retail, restaurants, hospitality, transportation, energy, industrial services, business services, e-commerce and branded platforms, among others.

In addition to his advisory work, Mr. Cooper has founded, owned, and operated his own company, providing him with firsthand experience in building and scaling a business, managing operations, and navigating the challenges faced by entrepreneurs. This operator perspective informs his strategic approach and ability to align capital with long-term value creation.

Mr. Cooper holds FINRA Series 82 and 63 securities licenses.

Phillip Cooper

David Pratt

Executive Vice President & General Counsel

David Pratt David serves as General Counsel and brings nearly 20 years of legal experience, including over 17 years in franchising. As a published attorney, franchisee, and business owner, Mr. Pratt offers a unique perspective on the legal and operational challenges of entrepreneurship.

After serving in the U.S. Army, Mr. Pratt earned business and law degrees with the goal of supporting the expansion of new and existing brands. He has dedicated his career to advising entrepreneurs and emerging businesses on growth strategies, brand portfolio protection, compliance, and exit planning. Mr. Pratt previously served as Chief Legal Officer for a fast-casual restaurant brand, leading its legal and development efforts through an expansion from just two locations to over 100 franchised and company-owned units.

He has also facilitated the sale and acquisition of dozens of businesses through private equity, assisted numerous brands in launching and scaling franchise systems, and advised hundreds of business owners across various industries in developing franchised and independent businesses. Mr. Pratt’s combination of legal and practical business experience makes him a strategic partner to companies at every stage of the growth cycle.
